Why is it every time I ask for peoples opinions or advice on something they automatically assume I'm completely ignorant on the matter, talk down to me and instead of answering my question berate me on all of the things they assume I am doing wrong?

I mean seriously, just because someone is looking for a second opinion on something doesn't mean they are a bumbling moron, because someone isn't sure about something doesn't mean they are completely ignorant on all related matters. It kills me.

I don't have all of the answers, thats why sometimes I like to know what other people think. But for Christ's sake, if you aren't going to answer my question, if you are going to start interrogating me and insulting my intelligence don't reply to my goddamn post.

Sorry, rant. XD and no, this doesn't actually happen to me on DA. It's usually when I ask post asking for opinions of animal related issues. AND, for the record I am a very experienced and competent pet owner, you can have a look at any of my animals and they are well mannered, well taken care of and obviously haven't been raised by some drooling, halfwit.
